Dirty money in Parajuru?
At the same time, in September 2009, a scandal of misappropriation of public money has come to light in Austria, involving one of Parajuru investors: Peter Hochegger, a close friend of Gisi’s. According to the Austrian courts, he would have been involved in the embezzlement of 1.9 million euros regarding the sale of Austrian state apartments (Buwog-Affäre). The former Minister of Finance is also involved.
An Austrian newspaper (Wirtschaftsblatt.at, 15/02/2010) states that 1.6 million euros would have been invested in Parajuru: construction of an enormous villa, purchase of 80 ha of land and control of 25% stake of the company that manages businesses in Parajuru.
